Friar Tux Shop has been in business since 1974 and has serviced literally hundreds of thousands of weddings, quinceaneras, and black tie events in that time. We understand the mix of chaos and joy that goes into planning a wedding and have the staff and product in place to make your event the best it can be. To that end, below is more information about our booth, which we hope you’ll agree is the right one for your event:
Portability
Our booth is designed around the concept that it can go anywhere. It can be configured to be open air (great for events at scenic locations) or to work inside of an enclosure.High Quality Photos
Our booths use high quality dSLR cameras, not low cost webcams or point-and-shoots. This means that your photos look great and because of the high resolution, can be printed in larger sizes for framing.Built-in Flash
Our setup has a built in flash, so we don’t need to drag around large, external lights. This makes our setup compact and easy to move.Fast Prints
We use something called a dye sublimation printer. This special magic means fully dried, awesome looking prints mere seconds after your guests take their photos.Brand New Props
We guarantee new, never-used props for your event; we do not reuse items from previous events.USB Flash Drive Included
We include a USB flash drive with all of the photos from the event in the price. You can get it at the end of your event, or we’ll be happy to mail it afterwards if you’d rather not worry about it the night of the event.Free External Slideshow
If your event has room for it, we’re happy to bring along an external monitor so that your guests can see a slideshow of their photos. This is a great way to get people in a festive mood: seeing others having fun is contagious!Free Guest Book
With your booth rental we’ll include a basic guest book. Guests take one set of photos that get put in the book (along with a personal message they write), and they keep one set. We’re also happy to talk to you about more elaborate ways to preserve your memories.Color or Black and White
With the push of a button, guests can pick black and white or color photos.Custom Event Footers
Most of our clients choose a format of 3 photos in a strip, plus a footer at the bottom. This footer can contain the name of a company, a photo of a bride and groom, or really anything you want. Don’t want a footer? No problem!Free Online Photo Hosting
We provide a password protected gallery that your guests can download or print photos from, and we’ll keep it up for a year. This is a great way for guests to promote your event on places like Facebook.
